Description:

The northernmost city, Skywind is a mountain fortress made entirely out of ice. The people there are known for being as tough as the harsh climate in which they live, with the Skywind guard having a reputation for being cruel and devoid of mercy. Even the local Orcs that reside in the frozen northern mountains avoid the Skywind Patrols, in fear of invoking the wrath of Lady Ellaine. Skywind is also known for it's magical practices, which is used to combat the cold, and to keep the prisoners alive  in the frozen Skywind dungeons.
